How Payments Work
1. Card Validation (No Charge Until Service Day)
When you book a cleaning service, your card is securely validated to confirm your appointment.
This validation does not charge your card — it simply holds your spot and protects against no-shows.
Your card will only be charged on the day of service, after the cleaning is completed.
2. Secure Online Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems for your security.
Your full card details are never visible to our team.
3. Transparent Pricing
You’ll receive a clear price before booking.
No surprises. No hidden fees.
If anything changes based on home condition or additional requests, we always confirm with you first.
4. When You Are Charged

Residential Cleaning — your card is charged immediately after the cleaning is finished.

Move-Out / Deep Cleaning — charged after service completion (may require photo verification).

Commercial Cleaning — invoiced monthly, with customized terms.
You will receive an email with your receipt and service summary.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand things come up.
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a late cancellation fee, as our cleaners have reserved time for you.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If something was missed, notify us within 24 hours.
We will return to fix it free of charge.
