1. Services Provided

  • We provide residential, commercial, and/or short-term rental cleaning services as described on our website or booking confirmation.

  • Service scope (rooms, tasks, special requests) must be agreed upon before each booking.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email.

  • We require at least 24 hours notice for bookings or cancellations.

  • Same-day or emergency services are subject to availability.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 24/48 hours before the appointment will not incur a fee.

  • Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

  • No-shows will be billed in full.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are provided at the time of booking or in a written quote.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service (or automatically billed if a card is on file).

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours.

  • We will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are at our sole discretion and only if we are unable to correct the issue.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Remove valuable, fragile, or personal items prior to service.

  • Ensure running water, electricity, and working equipment are available.

7. Liability

  • We are insured and take all reasonable precautions, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not secured properly by the client.

  • We are not responsible for pets left unsecured or hazards outside our control.

8. Staff Safety

  • Our cleaners reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe, unsanitary, or abusive environments.

  • Smoking or illegal activity on premises during service is prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data

  • We respect your privacy and handle your information as described in our [Privacy Policy].

  • We may use before/after photos for quality control (with client consent).
