3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 24/48 hours before the appointment will not incur a fee.

Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

No-shows will be billed in full.

We are insured and take all reasonable precautions, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not secured properly by the client.

8. Staff Safety

Our cleaners reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe, unsanitary, or abusive environments.

Smoking or illegal activity on premises during service is prohibited.
